I believe she may have been either embarrased or didn't want to hear our dinner comments as I'm sure others diners must have given her an ear full. The waitress (Lee) was pleasant enough but seemed to avoid us at times. Needless to say, our tastebuds went straight for the Prime Rib. The dinner for January gave us a choice of ribs with beans and potato salad or Prime rib with baked potato. But outside of that it was really good so when I received an offer for dinner we took it. They were so hard I couldn't get my fork into them.
The wellington was very good but the veggies were not very soft. I admit, I hadn't been there in quite some time. We took them up on it and I sure was excited as I thought back on how wonderful it was to eat at the Fairbanks.
